The School Library Media Center must be the link between Technology and the Curriculum. 

The Library Media Teacher should be a technology leader on campus. In order to do this, the LMT should:

• Know and teach computer applications

• Know and teach Internet searching strategies

• Teach the Big6 research skills

• Create subject web pages and catalog web sites for teachers

• Purchase, circulate, and promote videos, computer programs, databases, CD-ROMS, DVDs, etc.
