Teach correct bibliographic form	Monitor student aides	Supervise Library technicians

Some things a LMT or library tech should not do:

• Be made into a clerk by understaffing the library
• Be in charge of textbooks (hire a clerk - this can be a full time job in itself!)
• Recess duty (library should be open and available)
• Only have class visits (students should be allowed in the library individually)
• Teach physical education (this happens in one Tulare County School!)
